jitas (https://jitas.net) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving members in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jitas and its users ("you" or "member").

These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. jitasBy registering, logging in, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• These terms may be updated at any time — you will be notified of any changes via your registered email.
• The terms provided in Bengali shall be considered the official and binding document.
• By using any jitas service, you automatically agree to these terms.

Terms of Registration

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

• Account details can be updated at any time, and verification may be required after changes are made.

jitasAll financial transactions on jitas are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transactions at all times.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits vary depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

• Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.

Withdrawal

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only and can be claimed once per member.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements (typically 10–30x).
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• jitas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited from the account.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be used where available.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. jitas is not liable for any issues arising from internet connectivity or device problems. jitas Will not.

jitasA KYC (Know Your Customer) process is followed to maintain platform security and prevent money laundering.

• Members may be asked to provide a national ID or passport for identity verification at any time.
• A utility bill or bank statement may be required for address verification.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until verification documents are submitted.
• Submitting false or forged documents will result in immediate account closure.

Any of the following activities jitasis strictly prohibited on jitas. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using false information to obtain bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of financial crime.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collecting or using account information belonging to other members.
• Attacking or attempting to hack jitas's servers or network.

The member themselves or jitasreserves the right to close or suspend any account.

• Members may request the closure of their account at any time by emailing support@jitas.net.
• In the event of a terms violation, jitas reserves the right to close an account without prior notice.
• Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before an account is closed.
• In cases of fraudulent activity, account balances may be forfeited.

jitas jitas believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income. We are committed to helping our members build healthy gaming habits.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• You have the option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform (self-exclusion).
• Reality check reminders are sent after a set period of play.
• If signs of problem gambling are detected, the jitas support team will proactively reach out to offer assistance.
